3. Giveaway will run from 11/28/2020 – 3/31/2021. Winner will be notified via email and on our social media pages on 4/1/2021.

4. Price may not be redeemed for cash. Winners will receive $750 off any tipi rental of their choice.

5. Winner must live within NY or New England states.

6. Prize must be redeemed by April 30, 2021 (event can be scheduled at a later date in 2021-2022).

7. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent will be offered in substitution of prize. No prizes may be resold, substituted or exchanged for other prizes.

8. Winners forever release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event in a Tent for any claim liability out of participation in sweepstakes and/or use of a prize.

9. Winners allow in perpetuity for Event in a Tent to use their name, voice and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Giveaway and sweepstakes participants using the Internet must provide a valid email address and fill out all required fields on the entry form to be eligible. Event in a Tent has the right to send emails to entries and use email addresses for social media advertising purposes. Users can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
