Here’s a nifty trick to make your vendor hunting a breeze: whip up some sticky notes with your name and contact info in advance. That way, no more worrying about typos or missing emails! Just hand them out to the 20-30 vendors you vibe with.
And guess what? It’s not just about saving time; it’s about saving your inbox from being bombarded with emails you didn’t sign up for. Who needs that kind of chaos, right? By focusing on quality over quantity, you’ll make sure you’re connecting with the vendors who really get what you’re all about.
It’s GREAT to arrive with zero expectations! That gives you a “clean slate” to start from. Look around; talk to us; find out what feels right to you. Perhaps you are a “Ballroom and Chandelier” bride, or maybe your style is more “Backyard BBQ.” There isn’t a wrong way; it’s your day!
Wait until something or someone “speaks” to you; don’t settle for less than you deserve. It might be a particular florist, or that delicious wedding cake sample. Hopefully, it’s a magical Tipi! Then you have found your “anchor” and you can begin building all of your remaining wedding plans from that point.
Don’t be afraid to attend multiple Wedding Shows! (It seems like there is one every weekend.) If you are able, travel a couple of hours, because we vendors are willing to do the same! You might find the perfect photographer at a Bridal Show in another state. We have set up our tipis in eight different Northeastern states, and we are available for more!
Most brides-to-be attend a Wedding Show with a friend, sister, mom, and even the fiancé. These extra hands and eyes can be super helpful to ask questions, see things you miss, and carry the swag!
